Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

 

We appreciate and value our client’s time. We know you value ours. In order to deter late or no show appointments, we are implementing a new cancellation policy.

We require a credit card to keep on file to secure your appointment. You will not be billed for the appointment unless the policy is violated. We require that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelling an appointment. Any appointment not cancelled or changed within a 24-hour advanced notice will be subjected to a 25% charge of the service. Appointments made the same day are considered confirmed and will be subject to the same charge. No-shows without a valid excuse will be subject to a 50% charge of the service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule or adjust times so appointments do end on time.

We understand circumstances can come up last minute and we can take that into consideration. 


Children: To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to Forever Young.  We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.
